The Recruitment Executive position is critical to ensure business continuity across all Bharosa Centres in the State. Candidates with experience in recruitment only need to apply. The position entails approximately 90% recruitment and 10% other HR Functions. Skill Test: • Candidate search methodologies • Source Mapping • Recruitment Plan and Calendar preparation • Recruitment Partner Management • Job Board Management • JD Making • CV Review Skills • Branding and Social Media Basics • Basic Knowledge of Performance Management, Training, Time, and Attendance etc. • Expertise in planning and implementing Capacity Building initiatives for team members. • Business Writing Skills with nil grammatical and syntactical issues. • Database Management in MS Excel • Basics of MS PPT
