The AHTU PMU @ Women Safety Wing is being set up in collaboration with the Association for Voluntary Action (AVA). AVA is a child rights movement founded and spearheaded by Nobel Peace Laureate Kailash Satyarthi in 1979. The position, while operating out of WSW premises, are fully funded by and on the roles of AVA, with no direct employment relationship with the Women Safety Wing.The Executive – Compensation will manage the Compensation Helpdesk and be responsible for compiling data on compensation claims filed under different Acts for each trafficking victim recorded in the policing system. Strong hands-on experience in MS Excel is a mandatory requirement for this role.Along with the same, the Compensation Executive has to work closely with the Call Centre Executive/s and directly to collect status reports from various district stakeholders. Exposure to webforms and Business Analytics Tools will be a great advantage.
