Analysis Wing Achievements

Technical analysis and support wing

The Analysis Wing of Women Safety Wing, Telangana technically supports the different modules set up by the wing. It analyses the data of women & child-related cases to prevent and reduce crimes against women & children. It assists the Special Task Force (Sexual Offices Module) in arresting accused in pending POCSO Act cases. It also assists the investigating/ module officers in tracking the victim (missing/ kidnapped person), suspect/ respondent/accused persons especially in Cyber Crime & Human Trafficking cases.

Under Investigation (UI) cases
  • Technically supported in tracing out two missing minor girls in Cr.No.27/2021 U/H Girl Missing of Bheemgal Police Station. The missing girls were rescued at Secunderabad Railway Station and handed over to concerned Police.
  • Traced a missing girl (5years), Renuka in Cr.No. 1/2017 U/h Girl missing of P.S. Bahadurpura now at WSW using DARPAN application. She was traced after 2 years of missing.
  • Traced a missing girl Fatheema Muskaan in Cr.No.94/2015 U/h girl missing of Charminar P.S. now at WSW (WPC) using DARPAN Application.
  • Traced missing boy after 6 years in Cr. No. 182/2015 u/h Boy missing of P.S. Zaheerabad now at WSW (WPC)using DARPAN Application.
  • Traced missing girl in Cr.No. 52/2014 u/h girl missing at Kukatpally P.S. now at CID WSW (WPC). She was traced after 5years of missing.
  • Assisted the I.O in tracing the missing girl in Cr.no 26/2016 u/h girl missing of Gutkeshwar P.S. now at WSW (WPC).
  • Traced / Identified the accused A3 in Cr.No 95/2016 at u/sec 420, 370 IPC of P.S Rain Bazar now at WSW (WPC) using IPDR Analysis.
  • Traced the missing boy in Cr.No 42/2018 U/h Boy missing of Shivam Pet P.S. of Medak District. He was traced using DARPAN Application as per the request of the I.O.
POCSO cases
  • Traced the accused in Cr.No 107/2016 u/sec 417, 420, 376(i) IPC, Sec 4 PP Act, Sec 3(A) 4 of POCSO Act. The Social Media account of the accused was analysed, after which we traced his new mobile number, communicated with the accused as a woman and later apprehended him.
  • Traced the accused in Cr.No. 904/2015 u/sec 366,376(2) IPC sec 5 r/w 6 POCSO Act and intimated the concerned Investigating Officer (IO) which has been pending since 2017.
  • Traced the accused in Cr.No 904/2015 U/sec 376(2),506 IPC & sec 5 r/w 6 POCSO Act of Banjara hills PS which is pending form the lost 4 years as the accused was absconding.
Enquiries
  • Traced the girl who came from Kolkata and was staying in Bhongiri PS limits in which the enquiry officer is Sri D.Rambabu, Insp, WPC, CID.
  • Traced the missing woman in Cr.no 237/2019 U/h Women missing of PS Matwada of Warangal Commissioner ate vide enquiry number. The missing woman was native of Warangal and was studying MBBS in the Philippines.
