The Head – Training & Content Development at the Women Safety Wing (WSW), Telangana Police, is responsible for leading capacity-building initiatives, developing high-quality training and outreach content, and supporting the implementation of statewide women and child safety programmes and campaigns.
The role focuses on strengthening training systems for police and field stakeholders, developing awareness materials for community outreach, and coordinating with partner organisations to ensure effective programme delivery.
Importantly, the role requires hands-on delivery of trainings, including directly conducting master trainer trainings across multiple programmes (not only planning/coordination).
