Since there is a requirement for submission of quarterly fund utilization certificate to the Government and also ensure no negative reference in AG audit, a qualified and experienced professional is required to oversee the accounting process.
The Accounts Manager/Manager Finance will put in place basic formats, registers and protocols to ensure that accounting across centres are standardized and close to real time expense overview is available.
